    I am obsessed with these, I cannot believe more people aren't talking about this brand/product - TBH! It's the perfect blend that's relaxing enough without feeling high. My husband and I find that splitting a packet is perfect. We sleep like little lambs!

    Other brands have been too strong for me giving me a bad feeling. I love that Sweedies is broken up into smaller
